TRINITY International Hospitality Studies policies are formulated by the Board of Trustees who delegates power for the operation of the Institution to the President, the Vice President and the Academic Dean.

The trustees are responsible for the development of TRINITY and are charged with remaining responsive to the needs of the institution as changing circumstances demand.

Furthermore, they guarantee academic excellence and ensure equal access and opportunity for all students, faculty and staff, regardless of their ethnic, religious, racial or sexual background and orientation.

They also grant authority to the President of TRINITY for the awarding of degrees to candidates who successfully complete the prescribed requirements in their respective field of study.
