TRINITY follows the most advanced methods in hospitality education and training.

TRINITY's academic programs are designed in such a way as to provide students with the most recent theoretical knowledge in their field while, at the same time, providing extensive practical training within first-class hospitality establishments.

Thus, theoretical subjects are taught in the classroom by a highly qualified faculty employing modern learning methods, while practical training is delivered within the facilities of participating, first-class establishments. The result is an ideal blending of theory and practise.

At TRINITY, students are exposed to a wide variety of educational and training techniques, both in and outside the classroom. Among the methods and techniques used are:

  • Lectures
  • Group Exercises & Projects
  • Case Studies
  • Presentations
  • Research Projects

In addition to such educational and training techniques, students become familiar with their selected specialization through:

  • Field trips to tourism-related industries in Crete and other parts of Greece.
  • Student exchange programs.
  • Participation in workshops and lectures delivered by well-known international industry professionals.
  • Visits to industry-related exhibitions and conventions.
  • Membership in international associations.

TRINITY's training and educational methodology is supported by its Center of Learning Resources which includes:

  • A library providing students with books in the field of their specialization.
  • A Study Room available 24-hours a day for individual and group work.
  • A fully-equipped Computer Lab for students to use for academic purposes.
